Adirondacks

I fell in love with this place!! Truly, wish I could of gone to this place more often in my last 6 years of living here in New York. However, glad I was able to get the taste of Adirondacks! It's deeply gorgeous and breathtaking place to be when you need some stress-free!

Went camping for the weekend with few of my buddies near Lake George. We had a wonderful time, we did fun things such as hiking, explore the area, visited lake George, had fun in the rain, and talk about God words! Am glad I went and will for sure find a way to come back!

Hello Adirondacks!
Love those tall trees!
I figured this out myself! Heetee!
Olga all cozy in her mummy bag! LOL
Haha! Two of us didn't bring a charger!
Our Chef "Alex"
Lake George
Love to drive through these kind of roads!
We hiked the 5 Mile Mt Trail
Guess I am only one who is a expert hiker due to wearing hiking gears! LOL

It was pretty slippery due to rain! I did slipped and fall by catching Olga before she went down on the rocks (danger!).
I decided to run down the hill instead of risk myself to fell again!! Just love the action!
We made it to the view!

Love this moment because it was raining pretty hard!
All of us all soaked and ready to go back to the camp site!
After rain had stopped we went for a walk by our campground.
Alex said those are frog eggs?!

Then went to check out the Village of Lake George!
Came back to have some dessert!!
Chris enjoying his!
What a great trip we had!! Absoutely enjoyed my time with those buddies! I Thank the Lord for a great opportunity to visit ADK and see how beautiful it is out there! Also keep us safe from all those rains and thunderstorms throughout the night. God's good!

See you again later ADK! <><

Las Vegas

Las Vegas was very interesting trip for me! I was there for World Deaf Expo from Sunday evening to Wednesday afternoon at my hotel where I was staying at  The Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

Here are my reasons why I think this trip was interesting...
1. Totally different world there! The culture is somewhere I will not be able to live with!

2. Gotta meet many tons of different people from all over world and EVEN best part is see my old RIT friends! Also bump into my buddies from Nebraska!

3.
The entire time I was experiencing spirital battle in my soul because of course this place is well known for SIN CITY! (haha). But WHOA this is my first time I would ever experience Satan really working hard to make me drift from God. However, I know God was testing my faith and my relationship with him, which was a huge challenge for me! I was proud of myself to recognize this battle!

However, it was a good experience going to Las Vegas! :)

On way to Las Vegas from Los Angeles

Dry Lake

The first thing I spotted as we enter LV is my hotel!
View of the strip from my room
Las Vegas International Airport (LAS)
Early morning shot!
Night shot (sorry for the burry)
Our hotel Mandalay Bay
Fremont Street Experience!
Casino inside my hotel
World Deaf Expo (Hosted at my hotel)
VIP Pool Party for the Expo!
Neat Wine Bar
Water park at my hotel
The Treasure Island pirate show
The Iconic Volcano at The Mirage Hotel.
Good friends from RIT.. Kerry, Eric and myself!
Kerry and I again :)
Mike and I (Old party friend from RIT!)
My favorite part visiting The Minus 5 degree Ice Bar at my hotel
Best part is visit my family who lives in LV before I fly back home. (Krystal, Scott, Paige, Halee, Savannah, and Husker the dog)

That was pretty much what my time was like in Las Vegas for full three days!

Thank the Lord to protecting me from falling into any serious temptation or any harm in Las Vegas. Also thank for the experiences of spiritual battle that way I can learn how to resist any temptations! It was good to see my old friends and be able to feel more safe knowing I have Brother in Christ (Eric) and my family nearby! Please pray for those people who are in Las Vegas. In Jesus Name, Amen!

Los Angeles!

Over the summer I was dating a guy from Los Angeles that I met in Rochester in early June. Unfortunately, had to call it off a month later. Anyways, before we broke up I flew out to Los Angeles to visit him and check out the city!

Los Angeles was very interesting experience for me! I have been to San Francisco and San Jose couples of years ago, this place is different from those cities. The best part of this trip is see what Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Malibu and Venice beach is like in real life! My ex lived right next to Beverly Hills, his house was not fancy as those ones in BH. Overall, my visit was nice along with beautiful weather the entire time!

West LA in the background! (Man I look hot!! LOL)
At the Getty Museum
This is one of my most favorite waterfall at the Getty
Fell in love with Getty's landscaping
Loved the Z sidewalk in the back of picture and this neat landscape!
On way to Malibu Beach!
The REAL Baywatch!!
Pretty birds on the beach next to us!
Can I please take you home with me!
On the way to Venice

I really enjoyed this place (Venice) because it was full with hippies and their culture! (am kinda hippie myself!)
In Beverly Hills, would see tree like this everytime when driving from/back to his house.
Gate community in BH, where most celebities residents.

Got the opportunity to visit the Walk of Fame in Hollywood!
Heetee!!!
My visit to LA was short, was only there from Thursday to Sunday afternoon. On Sunday afternoon we headed out to Las Vegas (more in next post!). Is Los Angeles for me?!?... NOT AT ALL! It was just nice to grab the opportunity to see what it's like there without only see it on tv. The beach was nice but prefer Caribbean beaches over California's! The scenery is absolutely pretty, there are just too many people and houses for me! I am still a Mountain and sorta of country gal!

I must Thank the Lord for me to have the chance to see the more of this part of the country and knowing little bit more what future has in store for me!
